We accept returns on full-price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase.
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to exchange your item with a different one, you have to ask for a refund and place a new order in our e-store.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged, scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
For international orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
You must first contact us and get our approval of return. No refunds or replacement will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defected or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you can ask for a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
To return a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning ‘Returns Request’ in the subject heading and giving us your name, contact details, order number, as well as reasons for return.
Receipt of products showing obvious damage to the products or packaging must be recorded in writing on the accompanying shipment documentation at the time of delivery. Images of packaging and damages must be sent to us by email.
Once we receive your email, we will send you an authorization number and you must then return the goods to us within 14 days.
You are responsible for any shipping charges incurring in returning the products, as for damage or loss of the items during the return shipping.
You should use a trackable shipping service, otherwise we won’t be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a return is due to damage or defectiveness caused by you, we will not be able to provide any refund.
In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your charge. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days from receipt.
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days from receipt, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note: We will not accept or pay for any invoices sent by third parties for the repairing of defective products.
