Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to your order tracking information.

Your order is fully tracked to delivery point and will require a signature upon delivery.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient is evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Once we have advised you of the tracking details for your order, it is your responsibility to follow this up. Please note that if the shipping company returns the order to us following one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will charge postage to re-deliver.

If you do not receive the products ordered within 10 days of the date on which you ordered them, notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

If you live outside the EU you may be liable for local import taxes in your home country. Those taxes and duties are your responsibility, also it is your responsibility to contact the local authorities to check if it is possible to import and use the products and/or services that you plan to order.
