Our collection is permanent. We add a small number of new products to our e-store during the year.

·   WILL A PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK BE RESTOCKED?

Every product out of stock will be restocked. Restocking takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks.  If you want to be notified when a product is back in stock, please subscribe to our newsletter, a subscription form is on the bottom of every page.

·   WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A PARTICULAR ITEM?

Your payments on our website are fully protected and secure as adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSSPCI-DSS is a standard security technology to establish an encrypted and secure link between our website and your browser.

·   DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in addition to PayPal.

·   DO YOU SAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

We do not save any credit card information. Your credit card information is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

If you wish to delete your account, send us an email at orders@ladebraillee.com we will deactivate the account for you.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

·   HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.  You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number upon shipment.

·   WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship worldwide from our Italian warehouse.

·   HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Italy: 1-2 business days.
Europe: 4 business days.
Rest of the World: 4 business days

·   I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DUTIES AND TAXES? 

Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the items ordered.

·   CAN YOU SHIP MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER DELIVERY DUTY PAID?

Currently all international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.  Products must be returned with their purchase invoice, in their original condition and packaging, with the identification tag still attached. If you want to exchange your item with a different one, just ask for a return and place a new order in our e-store. For further instructions, please see our  Delivery & Returns page.
